Welcome to Ruusutarha, which is Finnish for Rose Garden!

We are a private group family daycare located in Pohtola, Tampere. We offer warm-hearted, unhurried early childhood education for eight little rosebuds aged 0–5.

Our operation is supervised by the City of Tampere and follows the national Early Childhood Education and Care Act as well as the local early childhood education curriculum. Our pedagogy is based on play and emphasizes individual attention to each child.

At Ruusutarha, a child is allowed to be a child! Here, the little rosebuds are nurtured with hugs and strokes, fertilized with songs and play, and illuminated with smiles and attention, so that each child may grow and bloom in their own pace.
